"This is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. The pool has a good size and they keep it very clean. The restaurant and bar are great also. If you are going to eat out at a restaurant, it is better to either walk or take a taxi back to the Bocagrande area. The restaurants are better in that area. "The Arsenal is a small hotel located across frim the convention center in the Getsamani neighbothood. The rooms are modern and very clean, housekeeping staff is excellent. Beds and bedding are upscale and the Tv is large. There is a convenient mini fridge. Breakfast was included and excellent. Rooftop pool has a great view but only has 8 loung chairs.
