"There was no kleenex. At 2:30am the TV box started flashing and the TV said it was reprogramming and would take 3hrs. We covered it over so we could try to get some sleep. It was still flashing at 7:00am and we had no TV. The mattresses were uncomfortable. Part way through my shower the hot water turned cold and when the hold water was turned to max, I was able to get enough warm water to finish my shower."
