This is a must stay motel! I honestly didn’t expect much from this hotel and was only staying a night on my way to my next location but I will definitely be returning! The location is stunning, with amazing uses of the outdoor spaces. The breakfast was great for what you pay. Rooms were big, clean and warm. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If u do stay in the winter be aware of the steep driveway as it does get kind of slippery .

Motel Tyrol is a decent two-star motel. The rooms are very outdated, most likely still original furnishing, but bedding was new. The pool area was very nicely renovated and we certainly enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly. I think they will eventually renovate the place. I would start with the passageway upstairs toward the pool. That staircase is very run down and off-putting. The only negative thing was that other guests did not respect that the premises were non-smoking and were smoking right under our windows. The rooms don't have AC so we relied on open windows which was not possible with people smoking right under the window.

The owner was lovely and very generous with her time, answering questions about the area. The pool and the hot tub were great with a lot of attention given to their design and aesthetics. We would definitely stay there again. My only issue was that our room had poor outlet availability. The extension cords in the room made me a little nervous.

I wasn't expecting much since it is a two star rating motel, however the room is two tiny for three double beds, the bathroom door jams & the balcony screen door was not stable. Other than that it was fine.

Perfect for families
My grandson and I really enjoyed our time here. We have already booked for next year. Owners were so friendly and accommodating. We loved the pool, hot tub, balcony and the yummy breakfast at Screamers. Beds were so comfy too! Not sure what else to say...just loved everything and the location was perfect!
