"The front desk and concierge were great! The room I booked wasn't ready, but they placed me in a similar room. I also received a hotel credit. The concierge reps were great with directionss and greeting guests. In the morning, we went to the restaurant to use the voucher. One of the workers (manager?) was rude. "I am amazed on how great this stay was. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The thermostat broke one night and immediately they sent someone to fix it. The service was incredible. I traveled with my 9 year old, and husband, and this place was family friendly. Loved it! Would recommend."
