"Lovely quality hotel with great attentive staff. Easy walking distance into Bath. So great location. The pool and spa area is looking a little tired. Some of the mosaic tiles are missing around the outside pool and because of this my hair was pulled a bit when it got caught in one of the gaps. Would be good if this is looked into "

"The Washington is great value. Katia on check in was lovely. Shared bathroom was clean with a good shower. Street parking just outside for free but it was a Sunday. A good breakfast. Will definitely stay there again "

"Its a great location with spectacular views of the Avon Gorge ... Good size rooms and facilities. What could improve is dining and weird connection to next door pub, i was happy to have eaten dinner in hotel restaurant, but on a warm evening you have to sit inside (no access to terrace), for outside sitting you have to go to the pub (which is connected to the hotel) and queue (very slow) to order ... surely this would be better if you sorted this out. "

"The facilities and presentation of the hotel was excellent. Location is perfect. Bedrooms comfortable and roomy. Bar service very good. Breakfast food was good but service was poor. Clearing tables all around was slow including our table. "

"I wasn't expecting much from this property because it was very reasonably priced but it was actually a super hotel very large beds very comfortable and a spacious room. The shower gel was super nice and overall this Ramada is a great place with a nice breakfast also"
