"The staff were very friendly and helpful , spa and pool lovely on a wet day. Excellent breakfast and perfect location to enjoy the lovely town of Harrogate . We will definitely be back ."

"The hotel is actually connected to the railway station which is excellent if travelling by train. We loved our stay. The heating was broken in our room. We were offered a different room but decided to accept the offer of a heater intead. Only one issue regards breakfast. There was no option for vegetarian sausages was part of the main buffet. Also there was only one egg option which was fried. To order scrambled eggs would have incurred a whole breakfast upgrade. A bit disappointing so may not choose to have breakfast at a future stay."
