"Stayed over after a big family gathering in the hotel. Service during the meal for 25 people was excellent and staff were calm and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and pleasant. There was plenty of free parking with 6 @ 22kw electric car chargers with payment via an app."

"We were expecting a lovely country house with spa in a quiet location. We were not told that there was a wedding taking place right under our unglazed windows, the spa being a hot tub outside and the reception being a man in a tracksuit who had to be called to attend to us. Completely unprofessional. So bad we turned and walked back out. Disgraceful "

"Such a bad check in. Took 15-20 minutes to get me into the room, which was terrible. Pictures on adverts did not represent the place. Shared bathroom with no toilet seat. Just such a bad experience. I prepaid for 2 nights and paid for another hotel second night so I didn’t have to stay. "
