"Enjoyed the location. Able to walk to several nice restaurants, shops, ice cream shop. Noticed a lot of young families, retired couples and college age groups. Plenty of activities for all. We rented the beach cabanas on one of the days we stayed, available until 5pm, very nice. Ordered breakfast 2 of the mornings delivered to our room. Ate on our balcony, food was amazing, and cannot beat the view of the gulf. Definitely will visit again. Also, nice little extra, gift shop opened 24 hrs. Nice...

"We stayed 1 night in a king suite. The living area is huge, but the amenities are zero. No hair dryer, no bottle opener (not even at front desk),tiny tiny soap n shampoo. And the room was not very clean, especially the floors (yuk). We love Madeira beach and have been many times. I understand they are struggling after the 2024 hurricanes, but $200 /nt for this room, and the lack of cleanliness and amenities are not gonna help. Oh, and they charge you an extra $16 to park.
