"The close proximity to the BP Plus Live was a huge bonus (as well as hotels free car park) though it was not a 5 minute walk as stated by staff - the entrance was more like 12 minutes. The noise of the train was annoying. On the plus side the evening meals were very good and reasonably priced. "

"The location was amazing. Right by a beautiful lake and close to many restaurants and other shops and a cinema. Not far from Birmigham airport and Birmingham Intertrnaltional Train station. I had a lovely restful time at the hotel. Though I did several trips out to various locations in Birmingham Its was so nice to get back to the Crowne Plaza NEC. "

"Staff were really friendly and hotel is clean and decent. Downside is there are no halal restraunts near by and no smart tv in room or AC. There is mold on window shelf and all over the net "
