"The hotel was very good and bed comfortable and i am hard to please with beds. The only downside was the view from.my window of rubbish bins but no smell or anything. I would stay again"

"The hotel is looking dated in places - bathrooms and pool/spa. Reception staff were pleasant, not so much in the restaurant. Food was OK and fairly priced off the menu. Room was nice and bed was comfortable so that’s the main important thing."

"I have been to this hotel quite a few times and always had a good experience. The location is very convenient for visiting the NEC which is the reason I choose this hotel. I usually don’t have time to use the facilities but this time I used the swimming pool. The women’s changing rooms were in a disgusting state with dirty towels laid in a large pile. No idea how to get a towel until another swimmer told me that I was supposed to be given it at the spa reception but the guy on the desk was too...
