"The location is ideal, next to the trolley station and 5 freeway. Plenty of parking spaces. My stay had some loud neighbors and children jumping and banging the walls. I needed some peace and quiet and they made it difficult, then the mother was smoking right outside the door (next to mine) and she had visitors really late but this isn’t the hotels fault on the type of people who book a room but it wasn’t pleasant either. Over all the customer service was great and an ok breakfast. I would stay...

"The staff was friendly, some surface areas in the room needed attending to like the refrigerator handle and the remote to the TV felt sticky. There was no bedspread just a sheet over the blanket so I had to use my coat as an extra layer of warmth"

"room is slightly bigger than other budget motels. bed is comfortable enough with 4 pillows. a little loud at night but place seems safe. parking gets packed but you can usually find a spot. cleaning lady knocks to give you towels and soap if you need it."
