"We loved the property, the location was not bad, we would have preferred the bell staff to deliver our luggage to the room which was upstairs on arrival. Also when we departed we had to carry our bags to reception, not bad but would have preferred them to be picked up. Next would be the greeting no one greeted us unless we were going to eat int he restaurant, maybe we are spoiled because we are used to people whomever they are and whatever their position would at least greet us with a hello....

"Hotel itself and hotel room were beautiful, clean and unique. Hotel was 2 min walk from stunning beach and 5-10 min walk from town. 3 min taxi drive from the port. Really ideal location. Traditional Mexican dishes to try for breakfast each morning which was so nice and fun. Staff were always really friendly and helpful and spoke amazing English (and tried to help us with our Spanish!). We can’t remember the lady’s name with the brown hair (sorry!!) but she was great - thank you so much...

"This was a cool place to stay. Quick walk to the beach, a little further to downtown which was fine as it was fairly quiet. Advertised a mini fridge and coffee maker but they were non existent, which was very disappointing. The beds were comfortable the room was clean the water pressure takes a while to figure out. Need more hooks or shelves for your stuff and a coffee maker!"
