"It was a beautiful place to stay. We stayed in the Vision room and it was very nice. It had a little balcony we sat out on and enjoyed the waves. The breakfast was really good for a continental breakfast. All of the staff were wonderful and highly attentive."

"This property is located in the quieter part of Isla Holbox. We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown while staying in a quiet area. There are a few restaurants around the block, and the beach is a few blocks away. We'd recommend."

"Exactly as pictured. Easily walk from the pool to the sea. Lots of bars around so there is loud music always, but they let us know at check in and gave us earplugs. "

"Antonio and his staff were wonderful. Very supportive and helpful. An easy walk from downtown, on a glorious white sandy beach. Very quiet and safe, isolated relative to big events. Not for the party hard crowd. No cars, only dune buggy/jeep cross type vehicles. Food was excellent and varied. Don't miss BBQ night"

"This was probably one of my favourite stays at any hotel and I travel every other week for work and stay in beautiful hotels. The property is breathtaking, probably the nicest on the island. The rooms are beautiful, the roof top pool and view is spectacular! The food and drinks at Fuego and Terra was among the best in the island. only complaints would be that the beach has been eroded by a recent hurricane so we had to walk a few minutes to a sandy beach. That being said, the hotel was re building the beach while we there. The staff, especially Ricardo, were lovely! Room for improvement: speed of service at Fuego, sometimes very slow."

"Great hotel, with a very friendly staff. Only recommendation is that they should heat the rooftop pool, as it was quite cold. Also should have blow dryers in the room. We asked, but it was never brought over to us. Other than that, a great experience all around!"
