"All the negative reviews have to be from people who expect way too much out of people cause I went for 4 days celebrated my ten year anniversary and from the minute we showed up to the minute we left was non stop customer service. Property is absolutely stunning yes it’s far away from the centro and all that but a 40 min walk or less and you are there enjoy the walk along the beach it’s not bad at all. Luis and Jose were the best so knowledgeable about everything and what to do and where to go. The manager and all the staff made my stay amazing always asking how my stuff is and if anything was wrong they would fix it right away. We had no issues during our stay at all. Food is okay 7/10 the room and property get a 10/10 the beach around the area and all the stuff around the property 10/10 as well. Will definitely be returning to stay at bay boutique. Again this hotel is at the end of the island but don’t let that stop you from enjoying one of the nicest properties on the island "

"We stayed for 6 days and it was a great experience. We had stayed on Holbox several times before and Holbox Dream met our every need. The rooms were very nice, we didn't need a TV at all. Bathrooms and showers were well done. The breakfasts were a surprise, wide selection and great service. The front desk crew were all aces, ready to help with every need. We spent at least 3-4 hours per day on their beach, on the lounges, swimming, reading, and people watching. The service from the bar from Roxanna, Javy, Max, and Jose was excellent. We ate our evening meal at HD 4 times, table by the water, feet in the sand and the Holbox sunsets in front of us. The food was very good buttered shrimp, fish, pasta, all very well done. Our favorite food was our shrimp Ceviche we enjoyed every afternoon. We will be back!"

"Location is awesome but you will need earbuds to sleep well. Staff provides world wide service, extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool was really cold so it was nice during the day but not in the evening. This property just needs a bit more of furniture to put your belongings a tv and it will be perfect. Over all highly recommended to experience walking from your bed to the sea, thank you guys for such a great experience."

"Most beautiful room ever with beach view outside tub everything was really gorgeous, very tranquil most tranquil island ever . Food and drinks awesome and presentation was amazing very pricey but the whole island is pricey . While not on mosquito bay is only 7 mins by island taxi that come around often and are available all day and walkable by 22 mins but we Took taxi to and from for 200 persos about 10 USA dollars ."

"Great hotel, with a very friendly staff. Only recommendation is that they should heat the rooftop pool, as it was quite cold. Also should have blow dryers in the room. We asked, but it was never brought over to us. Other than that, a great experience all around!"

"This is a beautiful and clean property! You could go barefoot and the sand was amazing! The lobby was peaceful. Lots of places to lounge and be with nature, read a book or have conversations. The ocean was fantastic, they offer cocktail and food service on the beach. The food was fresh and delicious, lots of variety daily. "
