"I loved my stay at the hotel, arrived during the hurricane and every precaution was taken to make my stay even during the floods remarkable. Staff was exceptional and helpful and well just fun and knowledgeable about where to find everything and it's a family run hotel - really would recommend to everyone!! Great location, just off the beach and close to town but really quiet. "

"Overall, the hotel is good to excellent. However, the breakfast buffet needs significant improvement. Almost every morning, the 'hot' buffet section food was cold. Sometimes there was butter for toast, other times there was not. Pancakes were served, but nothing provided to put on the pancakes (maple syrup for example). We have stayed at other hotels in Holbox with breakfast buffets, and this buffet was the worse. Other than that, the hotel is excellent."

"Great location. 2 block from the beach. Restaurants 2 to 3 blocks away. Nice and quiet area. Air conditioner, clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely I'll come back again. "

However, the hotel was under construction and it was noisy during the day and you could not relax since the workers would be walking back and forth. The pool would get dirty, and should be clean often. The beach is about six blocks away and it’s far of a walk. "
