Downside would like reduced car parking as hotel guest, hand rail by bath/shower and disappointed restaurant closed Sunday and Mondays. Generally would recommend."

"This is absolutely not a 5star hotel. The connection room wasn’t isolated enough so we could hear the neighbours talking loudly around 3am! The charged us for a sparking water from the mini bar, which we didn’t take. The cleaners didn’t leave any other tea except the black one. The area too crowded and it was impossible to find someone to order a coffee. The worse experience ever! Thanks, Caroline "
