"You can't get much closer to the cruise terminal and the location is great: right by the harbor and near to lots of dining and shopping options. It's also right in the heart of town. The hotel itself was airy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were good, though a bit pricey ($36 for the hot buffet!)."

It was very handy to the overseas ship terminal handy to restaurants, pubs, etc. The room we had was lovely very clean just starting to show a lot of age signs. Lots of the exterior of the building was chipping with paint. Uniforms of staff were disgusting. They need to be properly Maintained to be at the front desk. . We would stay again. "The location, in The Rocks, cannot be surpassed. It is within easy reach of the ferries, city centre, the Opera House, Botanical Gardens, various galleries and museums and ease of access to public transport that easily connects with the broader public transport system within Sydney. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation is not luxurious, however, it is modern, well appointed, clean and well maintained with heating and air conditioning.
