"Hi there, We stayed for Mardi Gra great location. Had a corner room on the 1st floor great view. Could not fault it. One thing I would recommend even though they had a kitchenette it was limited. I felt we needed plunger for Coffee, a toaster and a single stove top and pan to fry bacon or eggs. The reason is you had to eat out for all meals.The Reception staff were amazing very helpful and great advice."

"There are some fan in the room. But still hot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even though I checked in around 11pm. The room was more clean than I expected."

"We always stay here when we are visiting Sydney or transiting though, it is so convenient bein just over the road from Central Station, the bistro serves very nice meals and is to be recommended, always enjoy staying here "

"All the staffs were friendly and helpful. The hospitality was excellent. The only problem was the cleaning. They don’t clean the rooms properly and the bedsheets have stains. "

"Appreciated the upgrade to an apt with large balcony, but the room itself was smaller than we have had previously. The hot water basin tap in bathroom didn’t work. Was also quite noisy at night as we were on the street side of the apartment. Everything else was good."
