"The location is great. Close to restaurants and all sites. Walking distance to Sydney harbour and The Rocks. The staff was very friendly. The pool was huge and appreciated on a couple of rainy nights. The bathroom needs a refresh. Clean the grout in the shower or add new grout. The cleaning staff need to be more thorough. But I would say this about most hotels. Overall it was a lovely place, great location, friendly staff. "

"Although the room was small it was good to have a balcony so it didn't feel too closed in. Walkable to Museum train station and the city. The buffet breakfast was included and had very good choices inc fresh fruit. Very quiet too!"
