"Everything about our room for the 13 day stay was quite good, one minor exception was the blinds in the window being fixed in different positions. The bathroom was excellent, with a strong shower, and associated storage being good for our stay. The room lighting is good and fun, with the colors over the bed. The heating/cooling controls required 4 days of experimentation to partially figure out…a simpler more effective control should be on the to-do list, along with the blinds."

"This hotel was wonderful for many reasons. It is right next to Charing cross station and within a 5 minute walk to Embankment. We were able to walk to many sights including the National Gallery which is less than 5 minutes from the door of the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and also a small Marks and Spencer food mart where you can get snacks, prepared meals, fruit and other small grocery items. You can not beat the location. The hotel is beautiful. We stayed in a standard room...
