"Loved everything about this hotel, which didn’t feel like a hotel but felt more like a home. I could seriously live there. I was amazed at the attention to detail throughout and the staff could not be friendlier. My only complaint was that I didn’t have a tea kettle in my room. Highlights - the tub in my suite with a tv, the salon on floor one with the cozy fire, the windows that actually open!"

"The SoHo hotel is amazing! We are huge fans of all the Firmdale hotels, only staying at this brand when we visit London and New York City! This is our second SoHo stay and it just feels like home! From the eucalyptus lavender pillow spray to the amazing breakfast, I can’t imagine using another hotel brand!"

"This was an impromptu trip to London for my wife, son and I. The staff at the Clermont were fantastic and the hotel was great. The location was convenient to get around London. We were within walking distance of Buckingham, Westminster and Parliament. If we needed to take the Underground, the Victoria, Central and District lines were right there. The hotel has an entrance from Victoria station if needed. The walk to Piccadilly and Leicester is easy, so getting around is simple. Maybe not a ton of places to eat out nearby, but the restaurant in the hotel is good and there are a few places nearby that are good to eat. We kept going back to the Gail’s Bakery on Buckingham Palace road for breakfast, but the English Rose around the corner was cute and good too. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in London. "
