We stayed before and after our W trek and couldn’t have asked for a smoother check in/out process despite the very early/late times involved. The showers are hot with great pressure, good heating, breakfast can be packed to go if your activities start early, short walk to town centre and bus central, on a quiet street, and host does his best to assist you along your activities. Would definitely stay again. "

Hotel location just outside the boundaries of Torres de Paine national park allows majestic view of the Torres across El Sarmiento lake from all of the rooms."

"At check-in, we were told there was only a room with two twins, although I had booked a king bed room. After arguing for a minute they gave us a king bedroom as requested. Everything else was very good. Hotel inside needs some renovation, but otherwise was clean and modern. "
