"Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views about a five minute Uber ride from downtown or a 30 minute walk along the shore on a paved pedestrian path. Our shower was strong, our pillows were great, and our breakfast was included. Simple Patagonia is simply lovely!"

"Very friendly staff. Standard room was small, especially the shower, but good value for the money. Breakfast was ok. Tea and coffee all day. Great service all around. We stayed there a total of 4 nights before and after our hike. Luggage storage was safe and convenient. Hotel was just minutes from the main square and waterfront."

"The hotel is under construction and we were never informed about it. We had a junior suite booked but we had to go to the other wing of the hotel to escape the noise and dust, so we got a regular room. Hotels.com has not refunded us the difference despite several tries and explanations. There is no sauna in this hotel . The massage was really good. "
