"Clean, quaint, remodeled hotel on hill which offers a nice view of Puerto Natales. 5 minute walk to bus station which was very convenient for bus trip to both the Torres del Paine park entrance and Puntas Arenas. Staff was very nice and the breakfast offered lots of healthy options. Only downside was the downtown area is about a 15 minute walk and the dogs around this neighborhood bark all night but I think that is an issue everywhere because the dogs sleep all day on the front yards/porches...

"This is a very nice property with an incredible history. You can’t beat the location. The double room is so tiny - difficult to find enough space to navigate if there are two of you. Bathroom is a fair size but the sink is no bigger than the airplane sink so difficult to wash up. Frankly speaking, I recommend reading in advance which I failed to do so, beforehand about Jose Nogueria’s participation towards the extinction of Selk’nam natives. My conscious tells me to choose otherwise next...

"This is a terrific hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the location in the park is a big plus and the food is excellent. We will try and stay at the hotel Las Torres again in the future."

"There staff does a great job taking care of the needs of backpackers. They'll even store your carry on luggage will you're out on the trail, so you can come back to a set of clean clothes."

"We stayed here for 5 days during our visit to Puerto Natales and absolutely loved it. The staff were all great, the food delicious, amazing views and great location. Very relaxing setting a close drive or 30 minute walk from town. Would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was good. Located right in town, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. The only issue I had was with kitchen staff. I’m vegetarian and asked for a packed lunch to be made for me to take on one of my tours. They assured me I would get a cheese sandwich and even showed me the ticket where they wrote “cheese sandwich, no ham” on it for the kitchen staff. Lo and behold the next day when I got my lunch, there was ham in the sandwich and I couldn’t eat it. "
