"Very good hotel - couple of things - while some good options for breakfast, the scrambled eggs were soupy and not warm - neither was the bacon and pancakes. I had dinner a couple of times and it was good. Wi-fi only in the main building, no tv in rooms so don't be surprised. Close to town - nice room. The team members were helpful and nice. "

"The hotel is under construction and we were never informed about it. We had a junior suite booked but we had to go to the other wing of the hotel to escape the noise and dust, so we got a regular room. Hotels.com has not refunded us the difference despite several tries and explanations. There is no sauna in this hotel . The massage was really good. "

"This property has the potential to hit top mark. However the kindness of the staff and the magnificent location -although extremely remote- cannot make up for everything. A very poor wifi - that the absence of tv makes even more painful- the absence of laundry and an overall lack of good maintenance of the place and appliances in general makes it a tiny bit too bohemian to my test. This being said, I loved my stay at the Hacienda!"
