"This hotel is special. The spectacular views and surroundings, the staff, the activities it offers, they are all incredible. I felt very at home here, which as a solo female traveller was wonderful. I stayed in both the standard and deluxe rooms during my stay. Both are great, if you can stretch the little extra the deluxe are worth it for the views alone, but they are also more modern. The food in the restaurant felt home cooked and delicious, and the bar staff make excellent cocktails. If you get a chance to try the traditional Patagonian lamb BBQ you must, it was the most delicious lamb I have ever eaten!! The staff at The Massif are very good at advising and organising activities, all of which were excellent. I lived my stay here and hope to return soon.
