"I wish we could've stayed longer than 4 days - we spent so much time hiking and touring the park, that we didn't get to take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer. And the hotel was really nice - great views of the mountains, horses grazing literally right outside our window, great food and wine choices. "Very nice cozy room. It happened to be a great location for our Torres del Paine tour, as we were the last to be picked up in the morning and the first to be dropped off in the afternoon. The staff was especially polite and helpful. It looks like they are repainting the exterior, which must take a beating from the wind and rain."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! It was the perfect cozy stay for 3 of us girls traveling to Patagonia! The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice feature. The staff and front desk are so welcoming and go above and beyond for the guests. The restaurant had great food and even offered room service for the long days after we hiked. "The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say.
