"I have stayed at many hottie and have had the fortune to stay at many luxury hotels. I consider that the Termas Puyehue is one of my favourites. The safety is outstanding and the facilities incredible for those who like luxury and a lovely natural environment. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the Mapuche menu. The hot spas were also memorable, as was the architecture. We cannot wait to visit again. "

"It was a friends stay and we have a perfect trip, the hotel have a magnificent view of the lake and volcanos the room was big enough for 6 people with two bathrooms "

"Lovely position with great view & massive room. Free parking & the best breakfast of our 2month trip so far. The public places are looking a bit tired & tatty & needs an update It's a bit awkward with the breakfast & check out desk being on the 11th floor, the rooms then being on floors 5-10 with parking in the basement. This meant you needed to take your bags up to the 11th floor from the 7th floor in our case, to check out, then go back down again, past the 7th to the basement...."

"Did not like ground floor rooms, no view, no air, no paint on walls or carpet on floor, thin walls, very noisy 😞 Higher floor had better views and were more spacious. Restaurants had little choice, having run out of most choices we made."

"Very comfortable, elegant "rustic" large hotel. Excellent breakfasts, comfortable room. Some interpretative advertising in terms of views...Were offered room with view of lake and instead had a view on a very large pine tree which completely obstructed view (would have appreciated heads up and offer to relocate at time of check-in, prior to unpacking) Hotel did offer alternate accommodation when we expressed our disappointment but we had already unpacked and chose in the end not to move. Otherwise, staff very friendly. Property impeccably clean and quiet. Would recommend."
