"The staff is welcoming and kind, this is a family run business for 6 generations! The half board breakfast and dinner are exceptional, kaiseki style and every dish is presented beautifully. The location is right on the ometesando, lots of foot traffic but quiet. Futons are comfortable. We loved our stay and want to go back!"

"The staff were very friendly and helped with the automated check in. There are lots of extras provided including a free soft drink every day, choice of extra pillows and donuts. The rooms are very small for two people but there is a big tv and a small lounge and fridge. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. "
