"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. It’s old but not in a charming way. Showers in the onsen are cold and you have to wait for many minutes in order for hot water to come out. The rooms and elevators are old. the outdoor hotspring is on the top floor with no facilities (you have to go downstairs first and shower) and no real view to speak of. The location is on the main drag which is nice. But it should be 1/2 the...

"In our three hotel rooms, the piping at the bottom of the sinks drained into open drains, which caused the hotel rooms to smell pretty awful (like sewage). There was also mold in the bathroom and the air conditioner vents were covered with grime and dust. I don't recommend staying here - spend the extra money to stay at the Route Inn down the road from this hotel."

"Low level of cleanliness. Pull over cover and floor were Stained. Toilet n Main door lock were damaged Bathroom water was not so hot. Poor Maintenance level :-("
