"I travel often and stay at hotels regularly, this was an unusual start..Honestly my check in experience was terrible, a newer front desk staff was very rude and didn’t even try to be polite let alone offer basic level of customer service for no reason whatsoever, as I was trying to make small talk and say hi when I walked in, he didn’t respond and literally made me and my daughter feel unwelcome and uncomfortable..BUT I had stayed at this hotel before and all other staff have been great, so I decided to speak to a seasoned front desk staff and the manager the next day. They were both receptive, kind and very supportive. I felt heard and assured that it was being addressed, and they took very good care of us for the rest of our stay. This is a clean, quiet, well kept hotel, great for families or work trips. The food is great, the gym well equipped and prices are fair. I will be returning and feel confident that such an incident is unusual. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. We were there for an organized bike ride and they opened the free breakfast an hour early to accommodate all the cyclists. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including healthy ones! The coffee was great too! There were even fresh berries. As we were doing the ride the next day, we asked if they would store our luggage to keep it safe. They instead offered us late check-out until 2pm! We were able to return to our room and shower before driving home (after being rained on during our ride). We could not be more grateful to have the room late. We will absolutely stay again and told the ride organizers how wonderful the hotel was. Thank you. "
