"It’s a refurbished old building. A great find in the middle of downtown Chico. Comfortable room and bedding. Great omelet breakfast opportunity. Courteous and attentive staff. No complaints. Didn’t have a car so can’t opine on parking. "

"Central location. Decent continental breakfast. While a bit older, property is comfortable and clean--good for the price. We just wished the pool were heated and open."

"Me and my employees had a very nice stay at this establishment. The rooms were huge and beautiful with amazing views. The bathrooms were very large, very clean, very new and luxurious. We ate at the casino sports bar thar was nice and vey clean and convenient. The only negative thing i could say is the sheets and towels were very scratchy, not a big deal. We will be back next week! The price was great!"
