It appears to be sautéed with so many spices and pumpkin seeds that that lobster could have been a tofu substitute and we would have hardly known the difference. The breakfast arrived cold due to the difficulty that they have getting the food from the basement kitchen onto a busy elevator. (Explanation we received.). Seems to me that they need a better system."
