Convenient to the Harbour and Casino, parking was good,breakfast I liked the varieties! The floor I was on quite and peaceful also! Only dislike I had was a dead bug on the window ledge!

Lobby was very nice. Hot breakfast was typical but convenient. Our room was a bit worn and several outlets did not work. Furniture and bathtub had chips on them. Manager was cordial when she asked about room and promised to take care of issues.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that parking was not free, this was unexpected and frustrating, as it’s the only hotel we’ve encountered so far that charges for parking. It felt unreasonable, especially considering we were already paying for our stay. To make matters worse, someone knocked on our door at around 3:00 AM for no valid reason, instructing us to call the front desk because they were locked out of their room. This was extremely disruptive and showed a lack of proper management. Additionally, the number of pets and dogs in the hotel made it feel more like a zoo or barn than a comfortable, relaxing environment. It was not the experience we were hoping for, and we left feeling very dissatisfied.

Great place to stay while visiting Arlington - we stayed for one night. Breakfast was pretty good although the eggs, sausage, and potatoes were not hot. Coffee was available 24/7 and was hot and delicious. Room was huge and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Easy access location right off the highway.
