" The Staff had good customer service. The Zephyr staff was pleasant and kind. Reception staff was welcoming and informative. Heating in our room wasn't functioning at times although check by staff the problem wasn't completely resolved. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and amenities offered. "

"We only stayed one night over NYE due to its proximity to the event we were at so we didn’t use the hotel’s facilities. The staff were very friendly at reception and in the restaurant where breakfast was served. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hotel room itself was clean and fine for our requirements but it was definitely in need of updating."

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Yes, the hotel is old-fashioned,in that it's not all stainless steel, glass and fake marble. It's in a historic house, and you really get that feeling, which we enjoyed. Staff were pleasant and efficient. We had a twin room with an uninspiring view of the Reception area's roof, but you can't win 'em all. Everything was clean. And we really enjoyed the pool area, with hot tub, sauna and steam room. It was very clean and - doubtless because of the time of year - we had it...

"A gorgeous old country house hotel centrally located in Jersey and a short drive from the airport. The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are cosy and relaxing spaces, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and when we return to Jersey, this is where we will stay again.
