"We had a fabulous 4 days at the hotel. Breakfast was exceptional, and food generally was a good standard. Every member of staff went out of their way to make the stay so enjoyable. Room with views over the lake was excellent. Two big events were put on over the weekend, but no excessive noise. Out only slight disappointment was the spa facilities were fully booked,.which the ladies in our party were looking forward to using. "

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. "Another amazing trip to Hotel de Havelet. Service is always excellent. Lovely clean hotel with great facilities. Spa has steam room, jacuzzi, pool and sauna. Food is next level with views over St Peter Port. "
