"Situated around a 15 minute walk from the central shopping and restaurant areas of St Helier. Bus stop outside but infrequent service. The bedroom we had was a little jaded and dated, but comfortable. Public areas of the hotel were good. Had a pleasant meal in the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful, though over-stretched at breakfast and had difficulty with turning around tables and replenishing food to keep up with demand."

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"This hotel was perfect for a week's holiday. It is situated on the outskirts of St Helier with beautiful views overlooking the sea and promenade from where you could walk along or even into St Helier. The hotel was clean with good service and friendly staff. Breakfast was good with the usual choices of cooked food along with juices, cereals, fruit and toast. We ate in the hotel on our first evening and the meal was excellent. My steak was one of the best steaks I have eaten and was cooked...

"We only stayed one night over NYE due to its proximity to the event we were at so we didn’t use the hotel’s facilities. The staff were very friendly at reception and in the restaurant where breakfast was served. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hotel room itself was clean and fine for our requirements but it was definitely in need of updating."

"Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. "Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey."
