The staffs were really helpful and friendly, as always, and especially when we asked if a missing ID card of ours was found, Mirila and Anja from the Concierge helped us with great length and lots of effort! The only minor point would be around the price of the restaurant, we arrived late due to a diversion and fortunately the room service menu was more reasonable. Otherwise, absolutely loved our stay.
