"This is an excellent place to stay. There are always staff at the front desk who are courteous and informative. All receptionists we interacted with spoke English. The rooms are plenty comfortable and clean. The stairs and small elevators are a small challenge for accessibility, but only a few stairs are required to climb to get to the accomodations. "We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "
