"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

The hotel had step free access which was helpful for my wife. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast menu catered for all tastes including full English and Continental with fruit options."
