"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"It’s a good hotel some of the room facilities are pretty basic. It is dated in areas having said that for a short stay it is good value and well positioned to visit Sy Helier easily walking "

"Really nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and a high standard. The breakfast was freshly cooked and the staff were very friendly. The pool and spa was Beautiful especially after a day exploring. I would also highly rate the Jersey tour bus we did both tours"

"Situated around a 15 minute walk from the central shopping and restaurant areas of St Helier. Bus stop outside but infrequent service. The bedroom we had was a little jaded and dated, but comfortable. Public areas of the hotel were good. Had a pleasant meal in the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful, though over-stretched at breakfast and had difficulty with turning around tables and replenishing food to keep up with demand."
