"The hotel was extremely clean and convenient in a quite safe location with very walkable route to street markets and Night Bazaar which began at 5pm nightly. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The property also has a very full breakfast buffet and the sister hotel right next door “The Premier Empress” has a nightly buffet that was delicious. The breakfast buffet area latter serves lunch and dinner. There is a great message place steps away. The pool was very nice and not crowded but it might have been because we were there in January. Although the pool was not heated, it was very swimmable. There is also a sauna and fitness room on the same floor. Upon checkout, the staff called an UBER like service for us which equaled to approx. $6.00 US. It was a lovely stay. "

"Thee Vijit Lanna We had a good stay at this beautiful hotel! The check-in process was seamless, complete with welcome drinks. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the hotel lobby, restaurant, pool area, and sitting areas were all stunning. The hotel's location is also convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was Instagram-worthy, with a comfortable bed, large shower, huge tub and outdoor plunge pool. We appreciated the in-room coffee and tea, as well as the room safe and fridge. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The room was lacking in storage space, with only a few hangers, no drawers and no flat space to lay open a suitcase. There was also no luggage rack, making it a hassle to access clothing quickly. Additionally, we had a few disruptions during our stay. Both nights, we were abruptly woken by a screaming alarm. We also experienced some noise from neighboring rooms. The earplugs provided in the room came in handy. Overall, this is a very lovely hotel with a lot to offer, but a few areas for improvement."

"The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was 100/10. Absolutely phenomenal breakfast.Options were endless and even then the staff were attentive to our needs and cleaned tables as soon as they were done. Beautiful decor and even better location! Room was clean and would stay again. I just left and every other hotel I have started to make comparisons."
