"The hotel is nice with a great location for NewYears Eve party and fireworks. The place is dated (pool, spa, fitness, bathroom, windows) but provided good service when requested. For the price of the hotel, breakfast should be included. I would stay here again, especially for New years Eve. The Sunday Night market is without 5 minutes. "

"The breakfast is offered too late (from 8:00 am) that time is not convenient due to most plans in Chiang Mai start early morning (before 7:00 am) They provided us sandwiches and eggs for 7/11 but it’s not the same. we couldn’t eat their breakfast for that reason."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Changmoi House, the staff is friendly, breakfast was good, and room was clean. We really enjoyed our balcony overlooking the street and temple. Only drawback was communication as it was difficult to talk to anyone at the hotel before we arrived when we needed to confirm our late check-in, luckily it all worked out but would have been nice to get that confirmation earlier. "
