"The hotel is nice with a great location for NewYears Eve party and fireworks. The place is dated (pool, spa, fitness, bathroom, windows) but provided good service when requested. For the price of the hotel, breakfast should be included. I would stay here again, especially for New years Eve. The Sunday Night market is without 5 minutes. "

"Stayed 4 nights at Banthai Village in the deluxe room near the pool. It is a cozy boutique hotel away from the bustling streets yet safe and walkable to old city, Chinatown and the night markets. Excellent hotel to enjoy quiet sleep, greenery and staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel provides mosquito repellent but still got bitten outside the room especially during rainy days. Floor in the room can be slippery but slippers are provided. Water pressure from the shower head is inconsistent....

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Changmoi House, the staff is friendly, breakfast was good, and room was clean. We really enjoyed our balcony overlooking the street and temple. Only drawback was communication as it was difficult to talk to anyone at the hotel before we arrived when we needed to confirm our late check-in, luckily it all worked out but would have been nice to get that confirmation earlier. "Yes, it's small. Others have already discussed this point at length. But the rooms are nice - clean and contemporary. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the rooftop lounge. What we really enjoyed was the friendliness of the staff. We were treated with a big friendly smile every time. And they were attentive to questions and tried to help out however they can.
