Well appointed hotel situated in an area with lots of restaurants and street shopping. The staff bends over backward to help you. The daily complimentary breakfast buffet was quite a spread and well prepared. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay at Melia Chiang Mai. We researched a lot of options before choosing Melia and so pleased we did! Staff could not be more hospitable and friendly, room was impeccably clean. Breakfast buffet offered good options and the Level Lounge was a welcome retreat to revive from walking the local temples and markets!

Great property near nightlife. Daytime walking around hotel is dirty and sad, but that’s Chiang Mai. Good pool, could use more shade, amazing gym, nice staff, rooftop bar was beautiful. Great choice for a stay.

The property is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and modern. The staff is incredible - friendly and attentive, remembering our drink order each time we visited the bar and also that it was our honeymoon.
