Helpful, friendly and polite staff at this hotel. I don’t like vegan food but it’s not that bad for few days. Breakfast is not varieties but it’s enough for a quick one. Swimming pool is small and noisy when the kids around so it’s not that good for the pool access room because you have to bear with the noise until they are gone. The hotel can walkable to Thapae gate, shops, restaurants, pubs and 7 11. Laundry price at 100 bahts/ Kgs is convenient and reasonable prices for us. The only thing I don’t like is the reception wrote down my credit card details during check in. I asked the staff to delete my card details when I check out. Overalls, I love Chiang Mai and I don’t mind if I have to stay here again next time.

Staffs are very friendly. They message me before my flight and offered airport transfer, which I think they are very considerable to their customers. They also helped me accommodate my personal request and arranged local tour for me. Hotel is very clean and very reasonable in pricing.

We loved this hotel! The staff were very kind and friendly and the room was large with a nice bathroom and seating area. We loved that our room opened to the pool as well! The food was great and we loved taking a cooking class with a chef from the resort! We would defintely stay here again!

I love that this a vegan resort. It’s in a central location. Only complaint is they can use better quality bed linens, sheets had stains from being old.

I had some pretty high expectations for this Michelin rated hotel. Upon arrival, it was a red flag when they gave my partner and I only one room key. The room was hotter than it was outside, especially due to the fact that the room key needed to stay in for power. Everything in our room was hot to the touch including the bed and the complimentary waters! It was really upsetting and uncomfortable until we requested an extra room key. Our room took about 3 days/2 nights to cool down. Unfortunately, there wasn’t an air purifier because we could smell the smokey air through the vents. The floor had some odd ridges and there were some dusty areas of the hotel room. We included breakfast in our stay and set the lowest expectations after reading many reviews. The staff in the buffet were annoying about our room number and seating us in an empty restaurant. Some parties were able to pick their seats, but we were always forced to sit in the same spot every morning. The food was okay the first day then it progressively got worse. I’m not sure why they focus on primarily British and Chinese tourists, but they served lots of baked beans and corn soup that hardly anyone touched. The soy meats like hot dogs were disgusting. The orange juice did not taste like normal OJ neither did the pineapple juice, it was not fresh at all more so syrup tasting. The pastries were horrible as well. Overall, not sure if I would go out of my way to stay here again. The area was barely walkable.

This was such a cute hotel! Great for vegetarian and vegans. They do have plant based protein options, but I’d recommend bringing your own protein if you’re an omnivore who workouts. I love how walkable it is. Just 15 minutes to the night bazaar. There are multiple great massage parlors within 5 minutes walk. There is also a 7-11 and an AMAZING Indian restaurant 5 minutes away. Very safe and quiet. The staff went above and beyond! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good vegetarian options!

The food was delicious! Breakfast was buffet style with so many options, and everything was fresh. There were so many different kinds of fruits, juices, Thai food, home-made yogurt and jellies, breads, etc.
