"A truly awful experience at the most poorly stocked vacation property I have ever rented. The property overlooks a terribly rundown neighborhood. Upon arrival, the front door lock was broken. The woman at the front desk argued with me for 20 minutes before calling a locksmith to do the repair. The fan for the A/C in the bedroom was barely blowing even at the highest setting. "Firstly the receptionist was a lovely and helpful girl.On arrival we were told no breakfast when we had pre booked and paid for it.Later we were told we could have it.Something had gone wrong there.The hotel is nothing like the photos advertising it.The whole place needs a good revamp.The beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. "Sabai House was conveniently located to everything. Quiet and friendly staff. It's not fancy, but the location and cleanliness was well worth it. I would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai. No elevator so if you have a hard time with stairs this is not a place for you."
