"The place was really beautiful outside the room. The room was clean and had a nice place to take a bath or shower. The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. The only issue we had is back gate is where people come to often but it is locked so difficult when had luggage or trying to get a grab not knowing which entrance to go to. The staff was helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Lastly, would recommend eating off site as food was not ideal. "

"Stayed 4 nights at Banthai Village in the deluxe room near the pool. It is a cozy boutique hotel away from the bustling streets yet safe and walkable to old city, Chinatown and the night markets. Excellent hotel to enjoy quiet sleep, greenery and staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel provides mosquito repellent but still got bitten outside the room especially during rainy days. Floor in the room can be slippery but slippers are provided. Water pressure from the shower head is inconsistent....

"Yes, it's small. Others have already discussed this point at length. But the rooms are nice - clean and contemporary. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the rooftop lounge. What we really enjoyed was the friendliness of the staff. We were treated with a big friendly smile every time. And they were attentive to questions and tried to help out however they can. We also really liked the location. It's well located near Old Town, the night bazaar, and the Sunday market. All in all, I would...
