"I have been staying in Centara Riverside every time I come to Chiang Mai for the past 5 years. The room is spacious with view. The breakfast buffet is tremendous. However, the bathrooms in the room desperately needs upgrade/remodel. Another complaint is long wait for the 5 guest elevators during checkout time, up to 30’minutes wait for a vacant elevator "

Not much sound insulation, from the hall or the outside, but it's a quiet little neighborhood, around the corner from covered market and commercial street. Cozy place."
