"It was my first stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid and I absolutely love it! I spent 2.5 days and enjoyed it very much. Everything was perfect. Lovely hotel, clean, spacious with nice rooms and comfortable beds. It’s located in the central area, very close to the Royal Palace and in a walkable distance to the main attraction points. Also very close to public transportation (Metro and buses), easy to get to anywhere you need. The staff were amazing as well. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient. A special shout out to Jorge Gonzalez. He took very good care of me apron my arrival, was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of choices. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I am in Madrid! "
