"Check in was super easy. Beatrice was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was given one of the nicer rooms but with twin beds, I asked her to switch me to a room with a queen/king bed and she informed me that none of the superior rooms were available but would move me to a different room and would advise me when another supervisor room would be available.
